Shipping & Return Policy

Note: Due to COVID-19, your order may be delayed up to 10 days after it is placed.

Shipping costs and transit times vary based on where you live.




1.a     STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING - Most packages ship via UPS or FedEx ground carrier and will be delivered within 4-7 business days. If you place an order late in the day on Friday, it might not ship until Monday.  If a shipment is delayed due to an item being back-ordered you will be notified via phone or email.

Shipping rates vary based on the 'ship to' address. Free shipping is offered for orders exceeding $250.


1.b          EXPRESS GROUND SHIPPING - Express Ground Shipping is currently not being offered at this time due to COVID-19.


1.c          SECOND DAY AND NEXT DAY SHIPMENTS - If faster shipping is required, contact us at


1.d          DAMAGED/INCORRECT SHIPMENTS - Please inspect your delivery before signing the delivery receipt. In the event you receive a damaged shipment, you may refuse the shipment without penalty.

In the event that you receive an incorrect product, please contact our customer support department at A customer care representative will assist you in correcting the issue.



An order may be canceled up until the payment is processed, after which time the buyer is responsible for payment and must refer to our Return Policy.



Unless stated otherwise all products are covered from manufacturer defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Defective products will need to be returned to EZPack-USA, with shipping charges covered by you. The product will be repaired or replaced if found to be defective due to faulty material, workmanship, or manufacturer defect under normal use and service when properly assembled using assembly instructions and using the product in the proper manner set forth in the instructions.

This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been misused or altered.

EZPack-USA will cover all shipping charges of the repaired or replaced product back to you.



We're proud to offer free returns for all items purchased on within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns received after 30 days from the order date will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit. Shipping costs incurred during your original order will not be refunded.


Note: We cannot accept returns on products that weren't purchased via our website. If you purchased your products somewhere else, please contact the original store for their specific return policy.


Please use the following procedure to return products:


1. Request a Return Number (RMA #) - Contact us at to request a Return Number. Failure to request your RMA Number may result in delay or dismissal of your return or repair. Please have this number available when making inquiries about your return or repair.


2. Package the Items - Pack your return items in a box with packaging material that will sufficiently protect the item and its original packaging. Alternatively, you can take your package to a UPS or FedEx store and have them pack it for you.


3. Labeling of Package - Write the RMA Number on the outside of your return box so that it can be routed properly at our warehouse.


4. Shipping of Package - Ship the returned item package to the address below using UPS, FedEx or USPS. Be sure to request a tracking number to ensure the package is delivered.

5. Check for Status Updates - If your e-mail address is on file, you will receive an e-mail notification once your package has arrived.  You will receive an additional e-mail once your return or repair has been processed.  This may take 3-5 days after the package has been received.
